Thank you for placing your order with The Wedding Accessory Superstore

We ship orders Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays using UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Service. Whatever will get to you the fastest. UPS, and Fed Ex, do not ship on major holidays. Please be sure to include your wedding date or “needs by date” on your order so that we may contact you if rush shipping is needed.

For “Rush” orders we recommend Overnight, 2-Day Air or 3 Day Air “Express Shipping.” Express Service and Overnight deliveries are available for an additional fee.

Our commitment to you is that we will not use our shipping and handling charges as profit for The Wedding Accessory Superstore.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the Continental United States. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally for additional fees. The method of shipment will vary by shipping address. UPS, Fed-Ex and DHL cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/AFO addresses. Please provide us with a physical street address for these carriers.

International Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees may apply to International orders.

The Wedding Accessory Superstore can not be held responsible for any additional charges that may apply to international orders. Please contact UPS or your local Postal Service to inquire if any of these fees would apply.

Where will my orders ship from?
Depending on general merchandise product availability, orders will be shipped from our store or may be drop-shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Bridesmaid, Special Occasion, Mother of the Bride, and Flowergirl manufacturers will only ship to the designated retailer ( The Wedding Accessory Superstore). Once received, The Wedding Accessory Superstore will ship the dress or dresses to you. Only in an extremely rare instance will a manufacturer drop ship a dress or other attire directly to the customer. Orders may arrive in multiple packages. If your order ships in multiple packages, you should receive them within a few days of each other.

Can I ship to more than one address?
To ship to more than one address you will need to place multiple orders.

Can I pick up my merchandise in the store?
An in store pick-up is available as one of your shipping choices. Be sure to click "In Store Pick-up" as your choice of shipping method. If you want to pick up your merchandise in the store, and would like pay for rush shipping to expedite the shipping time to the store, please choose either overnight or second day air shipping from the list of shipping choices, and be sure to note in the comment box that you would like an "In Store Pick-up with rushed shipping to the store.

Will my order require a signature?
Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and Express Mail packages will require a signature unless your notify us that a signature is not necessary. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the package.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

General Merchandise: ( Does not include Bridesmaid Dresses, Mother of the Bride Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses and Flowergirl Dresses)

In stock items will usually ship within 4-6 business days. Items not in stock must be special ordered from the manufacturer and may take as long as 2-4 weeks to arrive and ship depending on the individual manufacturer. You will be updated by email as to the status of your order. To keep shipping costs at a minimum, we will hold your order until all items are complete. From time to time items may be on back order and sometimes discontinued by our vendors or delayed for reasons out of our control.. You will be notified ASAP if any of your items are on back order, delayed in any way or discontinued and no longer available.

All Bridal Attire:  Bridesmaid Dresses, Mother of the Bride and Groom Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, and Flowergirl Dresses

Estimated delivery times for all Bridesmaid Dresses, Mother of the Bride Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses and Flowergirl Dress purchases will be based on the manufacturers current estimated delivery times plus shipping time. Please consult the individual Style number of the item your are ordering  for the current estimated shipping/delivery times. Delivery times will vary by manufacturer and occasionally by style number.

Rush Charges on Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride,  Flowergirl Dresses and all other Attire.  A rush charge is a fee you pay to have the manufacturer actually cut and produce the merchandise in a quicker than regular time.  For example:  If the regular cutting / standard delivery time for a manufacturer is 10 weeks and you need the dress sooner, a rush charge may be available for the manufacturer to actually cut the dress in a 4 week, 6 week or 8 week time frame.   Rush charges if available, are unique to each different manufacturer and order. 

When ordering a Rush Charge, it does not mean that you will have the merchandise in your possession exactly that many days from the date you place the order.  It simply means that the manufacturer will produce that dress in a quicker than normal time .  Processing and shipping times will be added to the rush time.  A rush charge will simply guarantee that you will receive the merchandise before your wedding date. Dye lots do vary.
Dresses ordered together will be cut from the same dyelot. The Wedding Accessory Superstore will not be responsible for shade variations due to dresses of the same wedding party being ordered and placed separately with the manufacturer at different times.

When ordering different styles from the same manufacturer in the same fabric and color , please note that different styles are cut separately and dye lots may vary.

Once an order is ready for shipping, the “Shipping Time” is the actual travel time it will take for your package to get to you from the time it actually leaves The Wedding Accessory Superstore or the manufacturer.

For Example: If you upgrade your shipping to UPS 2-day air, your package will arrive 2 days after it leaves (actually ships from) our facility. It does not mean that it will arrive 2 days after you place your order.

 

Candles:
Due to the fact that candles melt in the heat, there will be various times throughout the year ( May-September) that we will have to delay shipping to avoid damage. In extreme cases, we can upgrade to express overnight or 2nd day air shipping. In that situation we will email or call you to discuss your shipping options. Upgrading shipping will require additional fees.

Additional Shipping Charges:

In the event that The Wedding Accessory Superstore is assessed shipping surcharges for any of the following:

1. Failure to provide the following numbers: Unit, Apartment, Space, Suite, Etc.
2. An incorrect ship to address.
3. Customers requesting that their packages be re-directed to a different address than originally provided when the order was placed.

You will be notified via e-mail and your credit card will reflect an additional charge on your next statement for the additional fee.

Shipping charges are never refundable.

Orders of large quantity, heavier items or large packaged items may be subject to higher shipping charges. You will be notified if this circumstance occurs.

 

 The Wedding Accessory Superstore Return or Exchange Policy

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

We understand that wedding planning can be stressful which is why The Wedding Accessory Superstore works only with quality manufacturers.  We want you to be both excited and pleased with your purchase.
 
Upon receipt of your order, please review the contents immediately.  If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue for you. Simply call or email our Returns Department at (602) 971-3100 or email wasorders@earthlink.net  If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it will be replaced for the exact same item.

All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped. In store pick ups on returned or exchanged items will not be available. All returned or exchanged items will be subject to the shipping fee chart associated with each purchase.

Upon return receipt of your merchandise, your refund will be credited back to your original credit card.

Because many items are not returnable as with many wedding supply houses, please order with care as no exceptions can be made.

Due to the one -day one-use nature of wedding attire and merchandise, these policies are strictly enforced. Every bride wants fresh, new items for her wedding and not something that another customer has handled and then returned. If you do not agree with our terms, please don't place an order.

All bridal attire, bridesmaid dresses, flowergirl dresses, mother of the bride or groom attire, veils, tiaras/combs, jewelry, and personalized items are special orders and require time for production. There will be no refunds or exchanges on these items. Once they are ordered and put into production, we  cannot make changes to your order.

Any large quantity orders are not returnable - we suggest that with large orders ( 5 or more of the same item) you order one prior to the ordering of the larger order to make sure the item will meet your approval. 

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • NO refund or exchange will be given for ANY Bridesmaid, Mother of the Bride, Special Occasion, Prom or Flowergirl attire
  • NO refund or exchange will be given for Tiaras, Combs, Hair pins and all Hair Accessories or Veils.
  • NO refund or exchange will be given for personalized Monogrammed Cake Toppers and Cake jewelry orders. They are considered custom and  cannot be changed or cancelled once processed
  • NO refund or exchange will be given for any personalized, engraved, or printed merchandise.
  • NO refund  will be given for any lingerie items (bra's and slips included) Exchange for size or style only. Worn merchandise will not be accepted for exchange or return! There will be no refunds or credits on any personal lingerie such as Spanx, Julie France body wear, and or any other body wear.
  • NO refund or credit of any kind will be given for any shoes/boots or footwear purchases. Exchange only for size or style. There will be a limit of 2 exchanges per order. If the exchange is for a greater value than the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for payment of the difference. If the exchange is for a lesser value, there will be no refund or credit of the difference in price.
  • NO refund or exchange will be given for dyed Shoes, Boots or footwear purchases.
  • NO refund or exchange will be given for all jewelry.

REFUND or EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

 If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, The WAS will gladly replace the item, exchange the item, or refund providing the item is not a Non Return or Exchange item. Please include or have ready the following information so we can identify your order. 

  • Order Number
  • Name and Address
  • Name and Address where items were shipped
  • Date ordered
  • Date received 
  • Problem with shipment - please be specific 

RETURN PROCEDURE

Call or email The Wedding Accessory Superstore at wasorders@earthlink.net within 7 days to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization Number (REAN)

Upon receipt of your merchandise within 10 days from the date the Return/ Exchange Authorization Number was issued and provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product has not been used: An exchange will not be given for products that have been used or products that have been damaged as the result of customer use.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging and the products packaging has not been damaged. All price tags and attached information must be attached to the merchandise exactly as it was shipped. Any missing tags or labels will void the return.
  3. You request an REAN number within 7 days of receiving your order
  4. The product is returned within 10 days of receiving an RMA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Service. These shipping methods allow for tracking and compensation of lost or damaged packages. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if other shipping methods are used.
  5. You enclose a copy of the original sales order form and or receipt. We keep a copy on file of every order received.
