DESCRIPTION: Same fullness at Style #8027D with 4 rows of our patented extra stiff netting, only we added a taffeta cover. Smooth outer skirt, no ruffle, dainty lace trim at hem. This net was also made bigger for heavier dresses, so as not to see the crinoline through the dress.
WAIST CLOSURE: New 1" banded elastic with zipper closure
